Lens is the surface of the company brain, and it follows you: hanging from the Mac notch, native on the iPhone, in the browser. Same orb, same contract, same honesty.

No window, no dock icon. Press ⌥ Space anywhere and the panel drops out of the notch: the orb arrives, you talk, and the answer comes back grounded, with its citations attached. Escape, and it is gone.

Native on the iPhone.

Tap the orb and ask. Speech is transcribed on the phone itself, so your voice never leaves the device as audio; only the finished question travels to the brain. Answers stream back with their citations, and a Live Activity keeps the session in the Dynamic Island while you work in other apps.

It is the same product as the workbench and the Mac app, byte for byte: one versioned contract, checked in CI across Swift and TypeScript so no surface can drift.

The honest details

Thin surfaces, hard guarantees.

One versioned contract everywhere: the Mac app, the iPhone app and the web workbench speak the same protocol, and cross-language conformance is enforced in CI on every build.
Voice is transcribed on the device (Parakeet, CoreML). Your audio never leaves the Mac or the phone; only the finished text goes to the brain.
Every answer carries its citations, or it refuses honestly. The apps are deliberately thin surfaces; they cannot invent facts.
While you work elsewhere, a Live Activity keeps the session visible in the iPhone's Dynamic Island: status, mic, screen share.
The Mac panel is summoned with ⌥ Space from anywhere and dismissed with Escape. No window, no dock icon, no clutter.
Both apps run against your own broker over a private network today. They are internal builds, not app-store downloads yet.
