Legal
Privacy
We built this site the way we build the product: it collects as little as possible, and it’s honest about what it does.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and loads no third-party resources: fonts and scripts are served from our own server. There are no ad networks and no social trackers. When you use the contact form or book a demo, your details are sent to our own EU server, which delivers them to us by email through our provider Resend and emails you a confirmation (a calendar invite for a booking). Nothing else is transmitted in the background.
Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is the entity named in our Imprint. Contact: hello@legacy-ai.de.
Server logs
When you visit, our hosting provider may automatically process technical access data (IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer, and browser/OS type) in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable, secure service). Logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose and are not combined with other data or used to identify you.
Contacting us
If you email us, use the contact form, or book a demo, we process the details you provide (such as your name, company, email address, message, and any slot you pick) solely to respond and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement. It is delivered by email through our processor Resend (resend.com); this website’s server does not store it. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. We keep your message only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any legal retention obligations.
No transfer outside the EU, no profiling
We host in the EU and do not transfer your personal data to third countries. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object (Art. 21). To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@legacy-ai.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
